I doubt seriously if he speaks Farsi. Memorizing a sentence in a foreign language hardly qualifies as "speaking".

A luftballon is an air balloon, particularly the children's version.
Flagen, I don't know. But it isn't a flag, which is a faden, I think.

Luftballon is a balloon - as in "99 red balloons".
Flagen is not a word. It could be Flaggen, that means "flags".

"coon" means butt (not really nice like buttocks or behind or rear or bottom..but plainly "butt" or "***")
so coony means someone who likes to have intercourse by coon. (well, a gay man basically).but it's a very harsh and derogatory term, even harsher than, say, the word "fag"
don't use it. it reinforces prejudice and homophobia
