I can help, because i was in the same place. I'm 13 too, and what works for my friends and I are crunches where you don't go all the way up because that hurts you back. For legs you can lie on the floor while you're watching tv (thats what I do) or whatever and lift one leg up at a time. Another thing you can do is do dance as a sport. My friends do it and they look AMAZING. Or you can do what I did and get an Ab Lounge at bed, bath, and beyond. They are only $100 and it's worth it. I hope I helped. Good Luck!

A healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.
Losing weight doesn't happen with a pill or tablet. It happens with diet and exercise.

First of all, you need to eat healthy. Include fruits and veggies!! Stay away from junk food, fast foods, candies and sodas. Drink water--lots of it!!!! Of course, get active! Go for a walk, ride your bike, run up and down the steps, join a sports team.

If you have to, keep a journal of what you eat, when you eat and how many calories. That sometimes helps to look back on and make adjustments when you need to.

Good luck!

A proper diet is the best way to lose weight naturally and keep it off. You have to eat a varied adequate and balanced diet. Your body needs all kinds of food to function properly including fat in smaller quantities though. Your body needs the nutrients and vitamins in fruits and vegetables the most, that is what you should eat the most of (at least 5 servings a day). You also need protein, and a little fat. Reduce your intake of sweets, fried food and foods that contain a lot of fat. Don't drink too many soft drinks (they have a lot of calories). Don't go to sleep right after you eat. And finally exercise at least 3 to 4 days a week for about 45 minutes.Good luck. You can also get more information about nutrition from this site:

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and thats how many you need to lose weight.
work out - cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min plus light weight weight training
8 glasses of water a day
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day
instead of big meals eat 5-6 small meals a day (portion control)
no junk food, no bleached flower (e.g.white bread, pasta), no sodas

ok, all you really need to do is just contol wat ur eating, ask yourself when u see a candybar or a sweet: do i really NEED this? will it be there again? if so, then u dont need it right?

Exercise: running is always good, but if u don't like that, thats no big deal, try workout tapes. sweatin to the oldies is a great fast one, about 1 week u will see results, if u don't want to buy a work out tape look at this website for ideas:
Health.com
or pick up a seventeen magazine, they always give great advice

hope u make it! good luck ;-)

it may be hard in the begining, but it gets easier

There are tons of supplements these days that boost energy and metabolism to help burn fat. In my opinion, one of the best is a new supplement called the apple patch. You don't have to consume any tablets or substances, its just a simple patch that you wear under your clothing and natural supplements are absorbed into your skin. Reducing your appetite, boosting you metabolism and energy. A friend of mine lost 20lbs in 3 weeks with little or no exercise just by wearing the damn thing! Check it out! http://applepatchdiet.com/da22604

20 to 30 pounds is way to much to loose for a girl who is 5'4/5'5. the healthy weight for you is around 130, 125. and a good way to loose it is work out everyday for about and hour to and hour and a half. and watch what you eat.

good luck!! =]]
