Hey, now wait a second here....cool your jets.

What does not getting married have to do with killing babies and hurting kids?

Getting married doesn't automatically get you one step closer to heaven. Niether does not getting married. Having parents who are legally married is no guarantee that happy, well adjusted children will be the by-products.

I think you're being entirely too general. You're stuck in a narrow mindset. Those who don't believe or feel as you do doesn't make them wrong. it just makes them different.

Be more generous of spirit...more fair to people who think differently. If you believe in all those traditional roles of married mother and father and the happy family with 2-poin-tive kids, the white picket fence...a stay at home pearl wearing June Cleaver of a mom, with a humbly devoted father who never strays from the marriage, comes home every evening at five and puts on a swearter with patches on the elbow to read his paper while the wife prepares a wholesome meal, repleat with chocolate cake for dessert and the strongest word uttered in the house is "Gee" then I applaud you.

I also feel sorry for you.

Life isn't a 50's sit com. It's tough and sometimes the norm or what you deem that to be doesn't fit everybody's life.

I'm not justififying the negatives in the world...there are too many, but to put your head in the sand and merely ask why these are happening is quite "pollyana-ish".

If you want to put an end to children's suffereing, adopt an unwanted child. If you want to eradicate child abuse, get your PhD in psychology and counsel abusers.

Be the change you want to see

It just goes to show how bad the world is getting. The world was just as bad when God destroyed it before, in the days of Noah. People are so cold hearted and we need do what we can to help. Through prayer and love we need to help others.

When religion forgot how to love, so did society. Religion has become a political machine. Churches used to be small and reached out to those in the community. Now, we have ungodly mega-churches, with their Jumbo Vision and Bose sound systems, that tell you that God wants you to be wealthy. Churches used to be about helping the poor and disadvantaged. Now, they are about homophobia, abortion, religious infighting, amassing wealth, and politics. They avoid love like it's the plague.

People are so burned-out, stressed-out, and messed up from working full time and raising a family--that the children get no parenting. You can blame our government for that. Keep 'juggling' at the circus--and do your best at one job at a time!!!

You can't love someone unless you're married to 'em? And unfortunately, I think babies and kids have been hurt and killed since the species evolved. Maybe not so much has changed.

Matthew 24: 11And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

12And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

13But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
