I was coming back from the movies with my best guy friend and he turned towards me and said I've a surprsie 4 u.and he played 3 love songs for me ( Promise, Walked outta heaven and Let's get married these are all by Jagged Edge. AND this happens 2 be one of my most favorite R&B groups he knows that and he likes them too. And well we both like each other. could this be a sign that maybe he wants us to be "official" cuz his sung other love songs to me before and it was really sweet too.and I was really flattered

Hell yeah of course this guy wants to be in a relationship with you. No guy does something as sweet as him for no reason for girls they like. Ask him out already!
