how can i get to 119? asap

Normal weight = 18.5-24.9

Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

at 119 you are
19.2
damn near under weight
not only is that un atractive its also just as unhealthy as being over weight

im not gonna help you get yourself in to poor self image or a bad eating disorder...
you need to love and respect yourself
and stop trying to be like "hollywood"

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Why do you need to get to 119#? Your weight is fine. If you don't like the looks or shape of your body then tone it. You do not need to lose weight.

Are you not already a perfect weight?

Wake up a smell the coffee, some people in third world countries don't have the choice but to starve. You do, so why abuse that luxury. Eat healthily and exercise.

128 is almost underweight for a 5'6er but is just a healthy weight.
