I am very satisfied with my weight, but I seem to have thick legs. I do eat alot of junk food. My legs don't seem to match the rest of my body. They also seem to have alot of muscle. Is there a way to tone them down and make them smaller?

I am in the same boat as you - I wish my legs were less big, but majority of mine are muscle. There's really no way. I just say tone them and make them look nice and show it off to all the opposite gender people you meet.

If it's fat that you want to lose of the legs and thighs, you need to do cardiovascular work (i.e. treadmill, bike, elliptical). But if you have a lot of muscle mass, this could be genetic. If you weight lift now, cut down on what you do for the legs.

i would say to drink lots of water. that's what you would have to do to get some if the fat off so i would guess it would work the same for losing some muscle.

do exercises that help tone legs, but not make them bulky. ice skating can help.
