The Bible, faith, and an certainly relationship with God are all very diverse issues. Why ought to one settle for all or no longer some thing? A e book that includes a unmarried civilization's historic previous, folklore, mythology, philosophy, and poetry ought to no longer get in the way. study it take it, settle for what's wise, reject what would not. there's a lot of sturdy stuff in that e book. do not enable some information that do basically no longer make experience to you're making you throw out the finished issue. that's a e book written by ability of many diverse adult men. in case you reject the writings of one or more beneficial of those authors, it does no longer devalue the contributions of the different authors. I believe you. settle on for your self what you want to have self assurance.

You are in for a big surprise when Jesus returns to collect his people if you think the bible is a fairytale. When millions of people from all over the world disappear all at once find your bible and start reading and see if you still think its a fairytale. If you don't want to leave your eternal soul up to chance then go to your local church. I will pray for you.

I remember a great fairy tale I read as a child. It was about a troll and the Billy Goat Gruff. I was so glad the Billy Goat got the best of the troll.
Another one was the Hobbit, by Tolkein, There again, you saw how Bilbo the Hobbit and Gandalph got the best of three trolls.

That "fairy-tale" the Bible predicted more that 3500 years ago that God would first scatter His chosen people, the Jews to the four corners of the earth, and in the last days return them to the Land of Israel. God fulfilled this in 1948, when 700,000 poorly armed Jews successfully defended themselves against 40 million heavily armed Arabs who tried driving them into the sea, and the modern day Nation of Israel was formed.
This same Bible has predicted literally hundreds of prophecies that have been fulfilled. One that remains yet to be fulfilled is a war that will kill one out of every three people on the earth.
This same Bible says: He that believes and is baptized will be saved, but he that believes not shall be damned. (Mark 16:16)
You may want to reconsider whether this is a fairy-tale or not, since your very eternal soul is what's at stake.

The bible isnt a fairytale its a holy book. Mybe you dont belive in it but you shouldnt be so rude and disrespectful. No one is saying you have to belive in the bible and everything it says but you dont have to be so ignorant. You sound like a idiot when you say things like that. Maybe you should consider others.

There is some truth contained in all Fairy tales and myths. You have to discover the truth by researching using other sources.
