Yes. Replacement face plates are often sold on e-Bay. You can also purchase them from the manufacturer, but they're typically so expensive that it's barely worth buying it unless you have a very high quality stereo.

Yes, I can replace the faceplate to MY car stereo. I think you are asking: Can someone replace a radio faceplate? The answer is yes. The only problem may be is if the face plate is no longer available (to old?).

Not a factory stereo. You can buy some car stereo radios from Wal-Mart and change it that way.
