I've had both. Bee stings hurt immediately. I've had a spider bite in my sleep and never knew it until the next morning when my leg was swollen around the bite site. I didn't even feel it at all.

A bee sting would hurt faster. It just wants to drive the intruder-you-away from its hive. However, a spider bite hurts more and is more serious. Sometimes the wound will swell and where you were bitten will get very sore and puffy. A spider's venom takes a bit of time to activate becuase it needs to spread to your bloodstream. That gives you time to get to the hospital. So, bee sting hurts faster and a spider bite hurts more. A bee sting's pain kicks in instantly while a spider bite will take more time to hurt. Hope this helps!

A bee sting generally hurts right away. That's the point of the sting - defense. The pain drives away whatever is threatening the bee.
A spider's bite is supposed to digest its food. The enzymes have to work on the tissues a while. Spider bites are not generally defensive, so they don't have to hurt.

A bee sting hurts faster, but spider bite hurts much more and much longer,as the venom injected into the area starts breaking down the tissue.Tissue break down is exactly what the venom is supposed to do,it is suppose to liquefy tissue of the prey in order for spider to suck it.

A bee sting is instantaneous. A spider bite can take a while for the venom to begin irritating.

Definitely the spider bite, contrary to what my cousin says (excess). Our uncle got a spider bite and had to go to the hospital. He was in pain for several days, his leg swelled, and he got really sick. If a spider bites you, it obviously has venom, so it will affect you much longer.

Bee sting hurts faster.
Spider bite hurts more.
But there are variants on both species, so those are not set answers.
