My son has water blister in and on the palm of his hand wiith little bumps all over his body?

what may be the cause of his bumps( the little bumps itch but the water blisters sometimes but doesn't always hurt his you touch them.

Sounds like either Chicken Pox or hives

It sounds like an allergy or contact rash. Poison ivy? See a dermatologist.
