It is very possible that your dog has allergies or dermatitis. Try giving her an bath with shampoo that has oatmeal in it or "sensitive skin" formula. That might help for now. Do not use perfumes as they may irritate her skin more. But she should been seen by a Vet as soon as you can.

Please, take the dog to a Vet. ASAP!

Your dog has several serious symptoms, and she is suffering!
Then, after the Vet diagnoses the problems, follow through, give the medications and treatments as ordered and keep appointments so the problem is resolved.

She may have ear mites or an ear infection. That could create an unpleasant odor. Obviously, she's scratching at her ears hard enough to leave them scabbed over. There's something bothering her there. You should take her in to the vet.

either the shampoo that you are using is not the right kind for your type of dog or when you take your dog out of the bath tub or were ever you give your dog a bath make sure you dry him/her really good and that might stop him/her from smelling.

you are not using a good enough dog soap....I suggest giving her another bath and leaving the soap on for at least five minutes...or check with your vet for other possibilities....oily conditions need more than one application.

They sell a dog perfume, in Petco, or a pet store like that. You should try that, or you should get perfumed shampoo.
