"For a good healthy diet, we recommend for you to have breakfast everyday in the morning. It is also necessary to drink milk atleast two times a day. It's extremely important to have all of your vitamins to keep your body strong and healthy. A good idea would be to eat alot of fruits and vegetables. Try to avoid junk food. One snack can be eaten after lunch and dinner."
