Is it put out by Debbie Siebers? I don't have pump it up but I do have the slim in 6 program with 'start it up', 'ramp it up', 'burn it up' and 'keep it up'. She is a really good instructor and I do like her video but I don't think you can do just the video to get the results they claim. I purchased the package after having my son and while I did see results, I didn't feel it was enough. I started to run (now at 3 miles, 3 times a week) and do her video on off days with the 'slim in 6 pack' every other day...now I am starting to see results. The video is cool though because it has a timer in the bottom corner to let you see how far you are and how much more you have to do before the exercise changes up. If you want a video I do recommend her.
