I want to offer a friend a foot-massage when I see her. Is this objectionable, I think she may be seeing another man(not sure).

Yes, I am interested in her. I thought this might be an ice-breaker.

Foot massages are great, but if she's seeing another man she may find it strange you're offering to give her a foot massage. Actually even if she's single it may be weird to just be sitting around and say, hey, how's about a foot massage? You'd definitely have to find a way to work it in....a foot massage isn't a good icebreaker because it's a bit more intimate.

A foot massage is good for the feet, but not good as a ice breaker with her. If she is having trouble walking, or with a limp, you might say,..."I see that you are walking with a limp, could I help you, do you think a foot massage might help.???" If this woman is a stranger, and you just want to get acquainted, the foot massage would NOT be a good idea. Ask her out to dinner, instead.
I have a medical problem and I have to soak my feet in hot water twice a week, so the Dr. ordered a home health care person to come to my house and do my feet. She massages my feet after the soak in hot water, and the feet feel good
....and...uummmm, .... its kinda stimulating to have a 20 year old massaging my feet.
It feels good, more ways than one.
