I'm 20, 6'1'' and as of now 224lbs. A few months ago, I was 240lbs.
Since then, I've cut out all junk food from my life, except a treat about every week or so. I used to drink about 11 sodas or beers a day, but I've stopped both totally.
I lowered my calorie intake, a lot. To about 2K or so a day. I eat a lot of fruit now, and drink only skim milk, water, flavored water and fruit juices.
A little over a week ago, I started lifting. This is my major concern. I WANT TO BE STRONGER, FASTER AND LEANER.
I started lifting with a friend, we do supersets which is a set of 10 immediatly followed by another set of 10 on a lower weight.
We do Curls, lats, benching, leg presses, shrugs, and skullcrushers.
Also, I began playing tennis a little over a week ago and I intend to start swimming when the weather here permits.
Any helpful advice/information/comments will be appreciated.
