It's not called cheating, it's called mis-lead. Like, when they (the agencies) advertised 3 days/2 nights, day 1 is maybe departing at 11pm, that's counted as one day. Then day 2 is your tour, day 3 is departing at 8am, that means your 3rd day is spent in the aircraft. Always check out the schedules before signing on the dotted line. Another thing, a 4* hotel local standard doesn't mean a real 4*, you might end up with a 2* international standard, make sure you clear up this as well. Well, in this commercial world, nothing can be trusted. Always need to check the fine print of each and every statement made by these big big corporation how sad.

Never.. they go to reliable travel agencies..but in terms of fares, maybe ...

Yeah, too many of them, especially those Malaysian and Chinese travel agencies.

confident, they left us in a real lurch. 5 different couples and ourselves went after them in courtroom. We had a bugger of a time, and recieved small retribution, yet we made our element.
