I'm 165 lbs and 5'9". I already know I'm over weight (by 25 pounds) but I don't know how to lose the extra pounds.

How can I balance school work and excersize?
How can I eat a meal every 2-3 hours (to boost metabloism) if I'm in school?
What else can I do to boost my metabloism?
Would it be possible to lose all the wight before the end of summer (end of august)?

You probably could lose 25lbs by the end of august. You have to do what's practical for you and clearly meals every 2 or 3 hours aren't. Don't worry, 1000s of people lose weight sucessfully on 3 meals a day. Getting your eating habits sorted is more important than exercise though obviously exercise is a huge benefit as well.

Look at what you are doing now and what you can change to make your lifestyle more healthy. If you need guidance try weight watchers.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

if you re having trouble getting started make a small move such as starting an eating log or buying walking shoes you re three times more likely to follow through if you start with small gestures such as these
