I had 600 extra calories then i usually do yesterday do i consume 600 less today??...what else would i do?

Eat normally a boost in calories can actually rev up your metabolism. Eating more one day does not make you fat. Eat More on a Consitent basis is what does. People dont get fat from eating one burger its from there series of bad habits that takes them down the drain. Just keep up the good habits and youll be a ok.

no it wont make a difference i dont think just try to work it off go for some exercise but if you do do exercise do a little more dont stop eating because you ate a little more yesterday just do a little more exercise good luck=)

Don't cut your calories today!
Just keep going as your normally would. It'll be fine.

Walk an hour on the treadmill to burn it off.
