Floss your teeth after eating red meat (or every time you eat). Food gets stuck between your teeth and that is your body's way of saying "I don't like this!"

Red meat does tend to get stuck between your teeth more than poultry (maybe not turkey...) or fish, so follow sexy's advice and just floss it out.

If you have several areas that are trapping meat fibers, go get a checkup and make sure you don't have new cavities.
