I find myself regularly squinting. I had my vision checked and its not so bad. I have a slight stigmatism (which is entirely corrected when I squint)... I'm also very light sensative which exacerbates the problem. My question is,... will constantly squinting damage my vision in the long run and is it better to use glasses or some other solution to assure I dont squint, or can I go on squinting until I die?

If you have an astigmatism, you should be wearing glasses or contacts to correct it. No, squinting doesn't mess up your vision, it just gives you crows feet.

Squinting won't damage your vision but time will continue to allow it to become worse. Get a pair of glasses and wear them.
If you keep squinting, you will give yourself a great set of wrinkles.

It'll give you more wrinkles.... and you know how much $$ the cosmetic industry spends on anti wrinkling creams.... Don't do it.
