Everyone says that I could still be pregnant- it's normal - but I can't see the doctor for my intial exam for another three days. Should I try to rush the appointment and get his opinion sooner or just wait cause I'm freaking out over nothing. (Yes I wanted to be pregnant - we've tried for five years)

Yup, it could be implantation bleeding. That is normal.
But if it's a lot of bleeding and if pregnancy test was +ve, then it could be miscarriage. If masses other than usual clots are coming with the bleed, then probably it's a miscarriage.
If you are in doubt or really want the baby, don't delay get an emergency appointment. Don't wait around.

I think you should rush to see the doctor. You can still be pregant and bleeding it is natural to be pregant and still have a period or just bleeding. But I think you should see a doctor as soon as possible just to make sure nothing is wrong.

You may be miscarrying. Call the doctor. You will need to be examined to know for sure. He/she should be able to fit you in tomorrow if you are bleeding.

Hope everything turns out ok.
