i need to get a firm belly by middle of June. im not fat @ all, i just need to get firm and build muscles on my arms. i have a 5 lb weight and 3 lbs weights. im

5'4"
age: 19
stomach is 34"
and my weight is 113 - 114 (somewhere around there)
here is my excersises:
40 sit up's on exercise ball
40 sit up's on floor (my elbows touching my knees)
lift 3 lb weights (bicep curl) 55 times
lift 3 lb weights from top of my shoulder to the air(above my head) - 15 times
then for my legs i do squats 10 on 1st rep, then REST, then 10 more (holding 5 lb weights).

does this sound like it would help me tone? should i do more? if so, what and how many? and when i get done with iteverything, i feel like its been a really good workout, but then the next day, i dont feel sore or anything. ive been doin this for about 2 days now. 2day will be my 3rd.

i walk and job about on average ummm, 3 days a week, but thats it. a please I NEED SERIOUS ANSWERS NOT JUST ONE WORD, I NEED ADVICE!!!!!!!!!

i do have a little "pudge" on my stomach, but i think that will go away when i get a firm belly, will it?

Dude, you sound like you're doing an awesome job. The important thing is to keep with it and stay motivated. That is always the hard part for me. Speaking of which, I should go do MY situps!

run like the other person said..also...do more than 3 lb weights. Go to the gym get a set of 16 or so (combined) and do arm excercizes. Also get a bar (20 lbs total) put it behind your neck and do squats..will firm up your butt, abs and legs. Push with your leggs and butt while holding in your abs...

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Add abdominal crunches, but you've only been doing this for 2-3 days. To build muscle mass you should add more weight rather than increase repetitions—but take it slowly. What is happening in June?.

No i tink your doin enough if you keep this up your stomach will be very firm i also heard singing is very good to tone your stomach and breathin exercises like breathin in and out deep breaths good luck =)

you'll be more than ready by june sweetie. but what works best for me is lifting my legs 90 degrees when laying on my back, and then slowly ring my upper body towards my legs with my arms lifted, and holding it for as long as i can. trust me, this will BURN
