I'm not sure if anyone had a situation like this. But I am filing a FAFSA application for 07-08. I am a married US zitizen and I worked a few months during the 2006 tax term. My husband on the other hand, is not a US citizen but worked in his country of residence. Does anyone know how to fill out the FAFSA application for the questions pertaining my spouses income in this particular case? Do I even include his income? I have no idea what to do???

That stuff will be handled on Worksheet B. If you've got your husband's tax return for the US, use that as your reference. If he has no filed income tax for the US and doesn't receive any taxable income in the US, then his data doesn't go on the FAFSA.

Hope this helps!

you will need to convert his income into to US dollars and inputted in the income section. Even though, it is not taxable..it is still income. This is also stated on fafsa

If your husband paid US taxes, use his income. If not, skip it.
