Totally this would be the Martial Art of Aikido. Also, another Martial Art that would use this style of fighting is Aikijujitsu, although Aikido is more popular.
Even in Judo , people use these techniques, but to master it, go with Aikido Defences.
Thanks for your time.

a fighting style is as deadly as a dedicated practitioner would want it to be. but then again, martial arts shouldn't be about killing another person. a true master martial artist would engage an opponent without anger and neutralize him with the least of effort and damage. that should answer your question on 'deadliest'. most effective fighting style, however, is an entirely different issue. when the ufc (ultimate fighting championship) started in the early '90s, it was a battle of styles and everyone who joined was a purist trying to show the world that their fighting style would prevail against all others. over the years, competitors learned that there isn't a single style effective on its own inside the cage. hence, mixed martial arts evolved. generally, a mixed martial artist must have a good stand-up technique (many people believe that muay thai's power and practicality is the best) and an equally good ground fighting technique (which undoubtedly is brazilian jiu-jitsu) to win half of the match. the other half? superior cardio and conditioning.

Sorry to all the Japanese practitioners out the but there is another style other than Aikido. Hapkido is similar but different. it is also from Korea. Ive trained in traditional Hapkido and Combat Hapkido. If you are looking for something to train in I would go for Combat hapkido. Aikido is more about big circles. Hapkido is more about small circles. It is very devastating to the joints.
Search it on-line and you will find International Combat Hapkido Federation. This is a great art. Give it a try.

Well there are many fighting styles that incorporate using the opponent's momentum against them but the Japanese martial art of Aikido primarily uses grabs and parrys to redirect the opponents' attack so that idealy, neither the attacker or the practictioner is harmed.

Aikido is a Japanese martial art developed by Morihei Ueshiba (often referred to by his title 'O Sensei' or 'Great Teacher'). On a purely physical level it is an art involving some throws and joint locks that are derived from Jujitsu and some throws and other techniques derived from Kenjutsu. Aikido focuses not on punching or kicking opponents, but rather on using their own energy to gain control of them or to throw them away from you. It is not a static art, but places great emphasis on motion and the dynamics of movement.

aikido, the one the Steven Seagal uses in the movies, he's a master in real life.
I believe judo also uses some techniques with the same principle.

There are many that utilize this technique, of breaking your opponents structure to overcome, and gain control of him.
Akido, Judo, Hapkido, and Many Kung Fu disiplines utilize this theory.
