of the opposite sex. Yeah, yeah, yeah. We are divorced. But my kids are 2 and 5 and wander at night. My husband believes that itis perfectly OK if the kids walk in on him boinking his latest conquest. I don't. I date but I don't have anyone staying over on my half of the month.

I am asking for information from people who successfully placed this in their orders. How did you do it? What evidence did you present? Thanks.

My dad did, but my mom just sneaked her bf in after I would go to sleep. I really means nothing. This is about his morals, not a piece of paper.

You may or may not be successful. I am not an attorney but this is what I think. Your lawyer might be able to mediate this with his attorney. If not just present it to the judge. Don't make your ex look like the bad guy though. Just state that you feel it would do irreparable emotional damage to your child to be confused by other unmarried parental figures there. You will not be successful in this attempt though if you do not include an exclusion for relatives. You need to allow his mom, sister, etc. to spend the night. You need to be very specific. This also has a lot to do with your specific judge and the state you live in. Good luck.

it can be put in, anything can be put in, I'm sure you can find lots of reports on line on how this can be damaging to a child but i have known at least 2 people who have had this put in and they did not need evidence, it's com mom sense and a judge understands and will agree

Morals. tell your ex to grow up. Talk to your lawyer about this. Maybe there is something that can be put in place.
