Depends on what you want them for? Explain further as to what kinds of records you're looking for?? Place your email addy here and if I think the site I have will assist you I will contact you outside of this forum with that site.

You can go to your local courthouse and look them for free, but however it will cost you to purchase what you're looking at.

If you are an employer you can have a complete background at a minimal fee with your county courthouse or perhaps your local police station. You could also call the local police and ask. If you can give all the information they need to assist you - they would give you that information in person and not over the phone.

You could go to this link
http://anywho.com/ and look up their name, city and state. Within that site they will offer you a criminal background search for a fee. $20.00 for basic info, and upwards in costs for as much as you want. You'll have to pay of course with credit card info to get that info and they either sent it to you direct mail or email.

I've been doing background checks and records searches online for years, as it is part of my business. I am a former detective, and currently a professional private investigator by trade. What I can tell you is this: You cannot obtain these records for free. You simply cannot. For every service provided online, there is typically either a one time cost, or a fee you pay every single month. Some services are better than others.

Some more expensive, some less. In my line of work, I am signed up for a service where I am billed monthly. However, if you are just the average person needing information on a particular person or property, I would suggest http://www.echeck.pcti-system.com ... For a one time fee, they are by far the best, cheapest, and most thorough service available. If you are strictly in business like myself, and don't mind being billed automatically every single month, I would recommend E-Verify or Inteligator.

Try the court house, if they are a matter of public record, otherwise you are SOL.
