How do i get it so that every player plays at least once with the other 11

If you are only playing one round per day, you can't do it but with an extra round it would work.

You don't have to physically play with every other player in order have the matches you want. When you get done with a round gather all the golf cards and draw for partners and match cards. You can have as many matches as you want. It may take a little more time but what the hell, you're having a couple beers anyway and everyone gets to stand around and ooh and aah as the scores are read.

cant be done, you play 3 rounds with 3 different players, only 9 different players, there are 11 other players, you need one more game..
