I have Lime Wire 4.12 Pro and for no reason at all it will close without warning. Then when it is loading to re-open it will freeze at the begining of loading user interface. Some times (after about 20 tries) lime wire will open again. PLEASE HELP!

Uninstall and Reinstall Limewire
Get the most recent version
Make sure you have a good virus blocker (AVG and Windows Defender are 2 Free good ones)

I got LimeWire basic. It doesn't transfer the songs to my Windows Media Player so I can't burn CD's anymore. I keep unstalling it and downloading it over and over but I'll just get Aresgold.

Limewire has been known to have many problems..... so i switched to 'Bearshare'. It works better for me.
'Ares' is also another good downloading site.

lime wire is illegal as it is breaking copyright laws and so the software may have come with, or potentally contain viruses and spyware and your computer may shut it sown fo rits own protection
