have someone rub your stomach to break apart the gas bubbles. My bf does that for me and it works really well. If no one is around, even try rubbing it yourself. good luck :)

Walk around, exercize. Lay on your right side for 10 minutes, then your left side for 10 minutes. That encourages the intestinal contents to move along. Put a heating pad on your abdomen. Move around some more. :)
But remember, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Wait it out it will pass. (no pun intended).
Try to figure out what foods give you gas and avoid them.
Beans are the famous for causing gas. Broccoli and other cabbage family vegetables are often culprits. Food with too much grease can be another.

Drink a little milk of magnesia mixed with milk or water after a big meal. Lay off greasy foods and don't eat uncooked greens excessively.

depending on the severity of the gas, I have always found peppermint herbal tea to be effective.

try baking soda,,teaspoon with water and drinkmmworks for heartburn,,might work for gas aswell

You should either wait until it goes away or drink something like Sprite or 7-Up, those will help.
