First and foremost - ignore those cruel people who call you names. Now, if you are unhappy with your weight here are some things you can do - stop eating junk food, make sure you drink plenty of water, eat lots of vegetables and some fruit, eat chicken and fish (not deep fried) and more importantly exercise - not necessarily go to a gym, just be active - walk instead of drive, ride your bike instead of taking the bus. Overall, change your eating habits and stay active, this will not only drop some unwanted weight now, but you will develop healthy living habits that will stay with you throughout your entire life.

you are NOT fat.
but. i know exactly what you mean when you say you feel fat.
you pretty much have to choose what you want to work out.
your stomach.
your arms.
your legs.
or whichever you feel least confident about.
i chose my stomach and my legs.
if you do ab workouts each day and run each day it gets you in shape and makes you feel better about yourself.
and advice. ditch fast food. thats gross and fattening. it clogs up your arteries and takes years off your life.
and soda.
my friend stopped drinking that and he lost 15 lbs, though not all at one time. it goes like 2 lbs per month or week or something like that.

they have good work outs and advice.
don't do anything that will harm you.
just drop the simple things like mcdonalds.
and just hang out with your friends outside and do some fun activities.
that way you are having fun and you are getting healthy and in shape.
but seriously. you are not fat at all.
&&muscle weighs more than fat. :]

people are like" chani your too skinny eat a sandwich" lol im like "dumba** i have an A** and i way more than you" then they just shut up and start laughing, but then i have other guys who start poking my belly or pinch my side (love hndles) and they tell me im fat . and then smile
...who calls you fat? morons ....they are....:D lol :)....their just probably too jealous cause maybe you have a nice behind lol :D
112 your fine.....diets and pills and other junk shouldnt b on your mind ...dont turn all anoxeric please :) your only14 ....if you weighed 170-200 id be showing you a website...but if you would like to get more toned then i say push ups situps and waliking or jogging..get a little active if you would like. i dont consider you fat ! :D but you never know the people who call you fat may be just kidding...and if its a guy whos saying that hes just teasing ;D dont compare yourself too to other people ...especially walking sticks :D every one is differnent shapes and sizes so be happy with who you are. SMILE ;)

This is a sickness, to worry about your weight to this extent. Girls are prone to develop anorexia and other eating disorders. Oprah just had a show featuring two women who weighed about 60 lbs.
Better you spend more time developing your mind and some time building a healthy body.
