The best advoce is to go to your local florist and tell them exactly what you want to the exact detail. If you are willing to pay for it, they will be willing to make it.
Good luck!

Anything can be done......you just need to find to right florist. My suggestion is to take some pictures of just overall styles that she likes, also the list of flowers that she wants in the bouquet, and let the florist bring the vision to life.
My sister took her florist a few pictures of the general styles that she liked. Then she picked out her own flowers and the bouquet that the florist created was absolutely stunning! Better than she could have even imagined! Best of luck to you!

You will need to find a really good florist to put all this together effectively, a good idea would be to have a mock bouquet done in silk first then u can see the outcome & make changes according to preference

Because she has a very specific bouquet in mind it would be best to go to your local florist.
If you want to make it yourself, then go to the local flower market (ask at the florist/supermarket where it is).
I would reccommend she get it done professionaly though as it is very particular and obviously means so much to her.
good luck!

Real or fake? Michael's craft store makes absolutely gorgeous silk bouquets for a reasonable price. You can pick all your own flowers and greenery so it is made specifically to your own taste. That's what I did for mine. Other then that, any local flower shop should be able to cater to what your sister desires. Though it may be more costly.
Just something to think about.

If she doesn't insist on real flowers and silk would be okay, get someone to make her bouquet.
I just finished making mine, 7 bridesmaids and boutineers etc and they look great. It's more cost effective as well and she'll have them forever.

I am not too sure what your question is. If you are asking if it can be done, I am sure it can!
