Not that your jaw always hurts but I was having constant headaches and that was the root of my problems. Other problems is if they are impacted or partially out you could get decay that can cause absess in your gums and jaw. If your dentist is suggesting it do to those reasons then you should probably do it to avoid future complications.

Unless they cause problems the do not need to be removed. However, make sure you go to a densits regularly. Mine came in sideways and never broke to surface. I didn't even know they were developing until they pushed my teeth forward.
Also, be very diligent about brushing them. It is easy to miss getting the toothbrush back there. My boyfriend is having to have two of his removed now (at age 27) even though they are not hurting him, becuase they have cavities.

I don't see a reason to get them pulled if they're not hurting you. I know when I got mine out at age 24, my insurance did not pay and I had to pay about $1300 for all 4 of them to come out. I had a cavity in one, though and so they needed to come out. I wouldn't do it until they start giving you problems.

I say only pull them out if they cause you problems. I have all four of mine and they're just fine. They didn't really even hurt when they came in. I'm twelve years old too. :D

it's better to do it before they break through the gums. when they do, it's incredibly painful and even more painful to get them removed. i think it'd be worth it to go ahead and do it now. despite what everyone says getting your wisdom teeth taken out is not that bad.

No, you can leave those in case they don't influence your other teeth growing. However, noone can't say it for himself and it's still better to consult a dentist. Finally, they will not do anything against you will;)

Save some money. If they're not causing problems leave them there.
