A fair few punches would be thrown in this one if it had happened. At featherweight who wins?.

Dorsey was a tough, brawling through back, and almost as active as the "The Pocket Rocket", with a chin of a much larger fighter. Waye would have had a slight edge in overall skill level, and I would have considered power about equal. This is a really good match up, and Dorsey would have tried to walk through Wayne with pressure and agression. I don't think Troy had the guns to beat Wayne down, nor the boxing skill to win a decision. His chin, heart and agression would have been enough to go the distance, and lose to Wayne. Mcullough was just too good a boxer for Dorsey.

Thanks for the question, I enjoyed thinking about the battle this one would have been.

Baz ~

Write about thousands of punches. Troy Dorsey's first fight against Kevin Kelly holds the record for the most punches thrown on USA Tuesday Night Fights. Every time Troy threw a punch he make the "Hut" noise over and over again.

Wayne threw just as many punches but I think that he sat down on his punches a little better than Troy did and this would be a huge difference in this fight, although Troy could absorb a tremendous amount of punishment I think Wayne would slice him to ribbons.

Both of these fighters have shown that they never tire of throwing punches in bunches, but Wayne's more accurate punches would cause severe swelling and bleeding on Troy's huge head. Referee would stop this contest late in the 11th round.

Thanks for the question Baz.

Talk about workrate! This match up would lack none. I think the Pocket Rocket had more "rock" in his punch. Dorsey would look to go toe to toe with McCullough and pay a heavy price. Wayne by KO round six.
