well I suppose if you drank a litre of water that was 4 degrees centigrade that would bring it to your body temperature which is around 37 degree centigrade and to do that would take 1 calorie per degree so that would use 33 calories. Not much though really is it.
However drinking water is extremely important in weight loss. One of the most common problems which causes excessive weight is actually dehydration. If you don't have enough water the nutrients can't move around your body properly so you body calls for more nutrients which of course is intepreted as a hunger signal. Hence you eat more. Also if you are chronically dehydrated, which alot of people are, your body may misinterprete a thirst signal for a hunger signal. Finally if you are losing weight your body has a lot of waste materials to get rid of which it needs water to do.
As for the green tea, No idea, Only tried it once and it tastes disgusting, I'd rather exercise to increase my metabolic rate.

I dont think so. i nvr heard of that. if you want to lose weight the key is exercise.
Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
