I not gay really don't have urges for men, but sometimes the idea of her with someone else gets me turned on. Is there any way this could work out? and if so how do I keep her affection and emotion for me at the same level?

My wife& I have had a long happy marrage with her having sex with more men than we can remember--
mind you--People need to understand that Sex is NOT love& visa-versa!
