Squats, butt lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best.
Also, you can check out Velasmooth, Endermologie and Mesotherapy.
Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.
The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don't eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.
The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic and of course most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy.
The attached site has more info or you can call 888.517.4187 for someone who does the cellulite treatments.

Cellulite does not come from a single cause. It almost always comes from a combination of generic and hormonal factors. Some wrong behaviors, however, can cause or even worsen cellulite: a life that is too sedentary, altered blood circulation, incorrect diet with insufficient intake of fluids, smoking and alcoholic beverages, high heels and close-fitting garments.
It's very difficult for anyone to get rid of cellilute, but it's not meant that there is no way to treat it. You can find your best way here:

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://tinyurl.im/aHLv5
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Cellulite is the name given to the dimpled look which often appears around the buttocks and thighs of women, particularly as they get older. It's fat. What happens as you get older is the sinues in the tissue below the skin get thicker and the fat bulges through them. This effect isn't obvious in men because their sinues tend to run in straight lines whereas in women they form a honeycomb pattern hence the dimpled appearance of the fat.
You get rid of it by reducing the amount of fat you have. Massaging with creams and lotions may help to reduce the appearance of it temporarily but the only way to get rid of it is to have less fat, it's that simple. Luckily it tends to gather around the rear so unless you spend a lot of time stareing at your backside in the mirror it's pretty easy to ignore.

cellulite is the dimples you see (usually on your thighs/buttocks), theyre basically fat stores. you get rid of it by drinking lots of water (keeping your skin more supple), and making sure you exercise too.
externally, try using cocoa butter/rich creams that smooth the skin!
