How To Make Chicken Soup

My grandma passed down this secret family recipe for a great chicken soup.

First boil a chicken carcass in 2 quarts of water. Add 3 bay leaves, carrots, celery and chopped onions. Let simmer for 10 minutes.

Next add a cup of dry white wine. Taste the wine first to make sure it is a good wine. Let simmer. Taste the wine again because you can't be too careful.

Does it taste good enough to drink? Good! Then pour your self a glass and relax..

Go back to the kitchen and scrape the burnt carcass from the bottom of the pot. Pour another glass of wine. Fill the pot with 2 quarts of chicken carcass and bring to a boil. Add the maple syrup. Feed the cat and pour yourself another glass.

Ignore burning smell and wait for the fire department to arrive.
