You would need the original five digit keypad entry code to set your own code. In absence of the original code, to obtain this information, look under your instrument panel. Above the accelerator pedal (or gas pedal), and to the right, you will see the RAP module (the module that controls your keyless entry system). On the RAP module, is a decal with the part number (similar to F8DZ-15K602-AA), and FIVE large numbers, which is your five digit keypad code. To set your own keypad code, follow the procedure listed below:

Enter the permanent code on the keyless entry keypad.
Press button 1/2 within 5 seconds of last digit of permanent code. (This alerts system to accept temporary code.)
Enter alternate five-digit code. Do not exceed 5 seconds between entering digits or between pressing the 1/2 key and entering the first digit.

First things first- You need to have a manual!
Download & save it here (free) in PDF format:
https://web.msslib.dealerconnection.com/RightSite/getcontent/myfile.pdf?DMW_OBJECTID=09000c58800067d8

Instructions for the keypad (aka; keyless entry system) are found on pages 50-53.
It's really quite simple but you'll need the original (factory) 5 digit code.
If you don't have that, Rakel can help you find it.
I'm gonna e-mail her your Q.

hope this helps!

You can't reset it, just add a new combination.
Put in the orginal code, door will unlock, then press button no. 1 door should lock and unlock, then put 5 digit code you want in, door should lock and unlock, then it's in
