LOL ! I would say just as much as mogouigious people. The only people that shouldn't be allowed, would be the vigouidious ones. But I have it on first hand knowledge that many egouigious people are great people, in spite of the many prejudices against them.

If you mean egregious, of course. There is no amount of bad we can do that grace cannot remedy if we will but repent. Part of repentance is praying for forgiveness. We want the "vilest offender," as the song goes, to pray.
If you mean leading public prayer, I can see where there would be a problem. His prayer would be useless if those in audience held him to be a hypocrite. But of course he should pray - and pray sincerely - on a personal level.
