I love to have hot chocolate. when i was a little girl my grandma would make it for me. I use to like putting the powder creamer that is used for coffee in my cocoa. now I just use whipped cream or make it with milk instead of water. Its more creamy that way. Dont forget the marshmellows!!

I don't know what Dreamtime tea is but I'd have Barry's Tea (in Ireland) or Ovaltine. My gran used to make cocoa with hot milk before going to bed.

If you like tea, go with tea. It has antioxidants, it has calming properties, and it has far less sugar than hot chocolate. If you need it sweetened try honey. The types especially for bedtime also have natural calming properties.

Hot chocolate is tasty, but it has a lot more sugar, and will have more caffine than the tea designed for helping you fall asleep. This is not to say that it has alot, but if you are senstive to caffine it may make a difference.

My favourite pre-bed hot drink is Earl Grey Tea I know it sounds weird and is something you would normally drink in the afternoon.

For you I would suggest hot chocolate.

Lavender tea since lavender is known for inducing sleep. Hot chocolate has caffeine and the sugar might keep you up.

I like drinking coffee- I usually read before bed, and I enjoy coffee while reading. It doesn't affect my sleep at all, and I love coffee.
If you're sensitive to caffeine, go with the tea.
