What ever you do, DO NOT DRINK MORE ALCOHOL OR COFFEE!

This will only make you feel worse.

follow these:

STEP 1: To rehydrate your body, drink water like the fish you were the night before.

STEP 2: Eat mild foods, since your stomach right now is quite sensitive. Bananas, rice, applesauce and toast or soda crackers (BRAT) are all good options.

STEP 3: Check the label before you take a pain reliever to reduce any hangover-induced aches. Some pain relievers, including acetaminophen, aspirin and naproxen sodium, should not be used when alcohol is still in your system.

STEP 4: Rest to allow your body to recover from your revelry.

Drink lots of water and eat some bread or crackers before going to sleep if you expect to have a hangover in the morning. It may help.

When you wake up after a night of Drinking the best thing for you to drink is Gatorade and eat something sweet. The reason you have a hang over is cuz your dehydrated and your blood sugar level is low. the Gatorade will hydrate you and the sweet will bring your blood sugar level back to normal.
I do this every time I wake fom a night of drinking and I dont even have to take anything for a headache. A doctor told me about this. You can take something like Alieve before you go to sleep but be careful how much you take cuz the alcohol has thinned out your blood already and a pain reliever does the same.

You could try tomato juice with about one-third the volume of Worcester Sauce added. Drink it down in one. You'll feel as if the top of your head is coming off, but the hangover ought to disappear.

Drink plenty of liquids and try to eat something. Take some ibuprophen or whatever you use and just go to sleep. I have one too but I just kept sleeping until I could get out of bed without feeling horrible. Sleep and liquids and time are about the only things that work for me.
