My body fat is 4.1 percent last night I got really hungry and binged on nuts oatmeal and brown rice at night. Do you think doing that one time is guna change my body fat or put up the percentage?

I seriously doubt your bodyfat is that low.

It pisses me off to see something so ignorant posted to these questions. 3-5% is the level at which a professional bodybuilder maintains strictly for competition purposes. It is NOT healthy to maintain this percentage. I hardly believe you're at 4.1% to begin with. If so, how did you measure this?

Please, stop perpetuating ignorance.

I think you need professional help. You sound really obsessive about gaining weight when your body fat is too low already. You may well be damaging your health at only 4% body fat. It's not just girls that get eating disorders you know, just a thought....................

one time won't make a huge difference. just don't do it every day. and btw 4.1 is crazy low anyway. you might need some fat on you.
