Is iTunes save to use in Windows Vista?

I read the press reports during Vista's initial launch, but I have not heard anything since then.

Yes a new update came out this morning in fact.
The new Itunes 7.0.1 is now Vista compatible.

While not all conflicts have been solved, the music issue and Ipod connectivity issues should be resolved.
