What is drive D, should I clear it out and how do I do it? Thanks.

Go to my computer right click on d and hit explore, you will be able to see what is on it, and you can delete whatever you need to delete from it.

What is drive D? Go to My Computer, right click on D and select Properties. It's probably your cdrom or DVD.
