I know I'm only 13, but I'm only about 10 pounds away from being overweight and underneath the clothes I'm sort of well...fat! It really brings me down and is just killing my self-esteem. I need to do something about it. I'm not asking for the PERFECT body, but I want to be skinny and look nice for my grad. I can't ask for help from my parents. Don't ask, I just know it wouldn't work. You guys are all I've got! What should I do?

Hey girl. Just try to schedule your eating. By this I mean setting specific times every day for breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. You can look up healthy recipes online that you would enjoy. Also, try walking for 20 minutes every other day. And get plenty of sleep. I hope I helped somewhat. Much love<3

cut out all sugar and eat lot of raw vegetables. do aerobics 6 days a week for 30 minutes. drink 8 glasses water each day. dont eat after 7 pm.

What are you eating? Do you count your calories? If not, then start doing that. You need to burn more calories than you consume. Start exercising, like running/walking, sit-ups, push-ups, Ride a bike. Eat more fruits and veggies. Remember, you need to burn 3500 calories to lose 1 pound. So, within a 7 day period you should burn 500 more calories than you eat.

try to join a sport. if you can run everyday. also drink lots of water and eat smaller portions of food you like.


if you cant stop thinking bout food then try another activity like babysitting or somithing.
