Even if you hadn't scratched them, they could have left scars. The best you can do is cover them with makeup.

Don't worry about them... I'll bet other people don't even notice them. We always notice what we think is wrong with our own appearance but maybe other people are too worried about their own marks to notice yours? lol Seriously, I know this is going to sound corny, but be glad you're already pretty. I'll bet there are lots of people who would be glad to change looks with you.

Self confidence has a lot to do with how other people perceive you. Cameron Diaz has terrible skin and I don't think she's all that pretty, but she projects the idea that she's pretty. You believe you're okay and act like you believe it and other people will believe it, too.

Tea Tree oil has been undemanding to reduce the outcome of a few scars. My mom used it in me after I were given the fowl pox and scratched some off and that i dont have any scars from them now.

they are scar tissue which is very hard to get rid of with any kind of product you find in stores. you should find a good professional salon that does lazer skin treatments and microderm abbrassion. they may be more costly than something you can find in a store that claims it will do the same but these treatments will actually work.
