Today i wasn't wearing my glasses so this one girl who was with her friends asked me where my glasses were. One of my friends asks me if I was wearing contacts and I said sorta because im just wearing one. So this hot girl asks me Why are you just wearing one contact. I said because Im just too lazy. She laughs. I do look cuter without glasses (she didnt say that). Is she on to me? Because she was talking to my friend after asking me. What should I do?

If you like her, ask HER out. Might work out, might not. Unfortunately the "crash and burn" is just another part of dating. Try not to fear it too much because sooner or later two things happen.
1. You ask a girl and she says yes
2. Crash and burn.
So just do what you feel and it will sort itself out.

maybe she thinks u look ugly with glasses but without glasses probaly u dont but ders a 50% dat shes on u or not .

das definitely not enough for her to be on to u. lol. there is a small chance she maybe but i doubt it. alot of times girls do and say things that makes u 100% sure they are on to u n then u find out they're not (whores, sluts, bitches, teases). but this girl is innocent. she just laughed.
