well if you suffer from any heart condition then yea i would advise you not to do it for 2 days straight. on the other hand, if you're in perfect conditions then go ahead... i do cardio everyday and nothing goes wrong... now everyone has their own system and maybe your body may react differently at the end of the workout. in fact, you should do cardio everyday. but, to finish, i dont see any problem with doing cardio for 2+ days consecutively

It really depends on your current health condition. If you have any current health problems you should always consult with a physician before starting any exercise regime. It also depends on your fitness goals, if you are wanting to focus on building muscle it would probably best to take a rest day in between.

However, if you are in good health, and you want to focus on your cardio fitness then I don't personally believe there is a problem doing cardio in two consecutive days. Of course it will depend on what your own body can handle, and only you know this. When starting a running regime you may find your body needs more rest. And your body will need at least one rest day to let your muscles recuperate even when you get used to running often.

no.. u just get tired... just drink lots of water and strech and take frequent breaks so you dont overwork you heart or youself
