I'm 5'7, I just turned 17, and I wear size 9 shoe. is that too big?? Soemetimes I will buy 9 and a half for flip flops...what do guys think of that? I've been kind of self concious about this for a long time now...and then I got used to it...but for some reason I feel self-concious again.

No way!! I have a niece whose 14 and wears a size 11 shoe. Do not feel self concious about that. And your 17 in a year your feet should have grown as much as thier going to and a size 9 shoe for a women is a perfect size.

I totally can identify with you in the big feet department. I was wearing a size 10 shoe at the ripe old age of 11 or 12. By the time I was 17 I was in a size 11. Now at the age of 25 I still wear an 11, but sometimes I have to get a 12. To top all of that off I am 5'10". I was always so conscious of my height and thought that boys wouldn't like me b/c I was too tall which in my mind equaled too masculine. Nevertheless my big feet and tall height scored me several boyfriends and lots of dates. Not bragging at all, but just trying to point out that shoe size and height don't have a huge barrier on how males evaluate your beauty. Hope I helped!

um no my sister wheres a 10 and a half , she's 14 and 5'4 and shes an 11 for flip flops-and don't be self concious i mean your not a guy so it doesn't mean any thing

no there not .your tall if would be weird if you had small feet to support your tall stature I'm the same height as you and the sam shoe size i been this size since i was 14. So i think your feet are normal consider this my friend is 5'2 with a size 10 now thats ridiculous

im 16 and i wear a size 8 shoe.i can see where your comin from the self concious part but it really isnt that big of a deal.as long as your feet dont look like a swamp creatures than your fine â¥

I'm 5'3" and have size 9 wide feet. I've learned to accept that that's just the way I am. I get a nice pedicure, wear cute shoes and sandals and I don't worry about what anybody thinks. It's about loving yourself for who you are. I can't do anything about it anyway. I just wish they made more wide shoes.

Nope your feet are not big. We all have something about us that we'd like to change. I'm 5'8" and wear a size 8 and everyone says OMG your feet are so small :-\ they are not small but everyone expects you to wear larger sizes if you have some height to you. Don't worry about it..just keep those feet pretty and don't wear shoes that are too small so you don't get ugly corns. HTH!

you can usually go up to a size 10 or 11 before you start to have problems finding shoes. most of the cute stores like charlotte russe and forever 21 go up to 9 or 10.

It's not too big... I have the same size! Only problem is that it's hard to find good shoes! But no one notice it, especially guys:) If you have well-groomed and interesting legs ( with some pedicure) do you really consider they will think about size? I don't think so;)

thats small! im 5"6' and i wear a size 9 1/2. so no its not big at all! i wish i had ur feet... :)
why are u self-conscious? who looks at people's feet anyway? i sure dont...its ok i have ugly feet and big feet too.
