Yes it does exist.
It's been called by some the TAO or "the way" the idea that absolute truth, or how things should be, or how a person should act-is a definite specif thing-and all the religions have gotten some of it right-the ten commandments can be found, said just a little differently in egyptian hieroglyphic and chinese ancient wisdom and even viking myths it goes on and on.
I like to think of itas natural law, you know deep down, its common sense, a heart thing...that you should trea others justly and you know when you go to do somethings, that its not right for you to do so.
Everyone has a little voice, or UNCTION as its called in the little books of John-that is attemting to lead us...if some would just listen and obey that inner still small voice, the world would be a nicer place.

I see you live in a contradictory paradox: for if you do not believe in absolute truth then this would be an absolute truth for you which would mean that you can not even believe your own statement! Seems to be also a basis for insanity! I could go on but I hope you see the folly in which you live. Are not the laws governing the actions of the cosmos true and because they are laws of nature that man can not bend or break are they not absolute! There are many laws that man can not touch that are absolute truths. You may want to look inside your own heart for it is governed by such laws, you need not go to the stars, just the doorway to them to know this.

I'm certain that the second law of thermodynamics is absolutely true and unassailable.
It's the one that says the universe will eventually turn into a collection of cold ash.

You can absolutely trust God's Word. God's Word is absolutely true. And you can be absolutely sure that if you turn from your sin and ask Christ to be your Savior, He will absolutely forgive you.
1 John 1:8
If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
